Microsoft are currently in the process of deprecating MS Teams Webhooks. They are doing so in two phases:
- Phase 1 – effective August 15th, 2024:
- All new webhook integrations should be created using the Workflows app in MS Teams.
- Phase 2 – effective December 31st, 2024:
- All existing webhook Connectors within all clouds will continue to work until December 2025, however using connectors beyond December 31, 2024 will require additional action.
- Connector owners will be required to update the respective URL to post to by December 31st, 2024. At least 90 days prior to the December 31st, 2024 deadline, Microsoft will send further guidance about making this URL update. If the URL is not updated by the December 31st, 2024 then the connector will stop working.

What does this mean for you and your console?
- You'll be able to continue adding new MS Teams Webhooks until August 15th, 2024.
- All existing MS Teams Webhooks will continue to work until December 31st, 2024.
- We're working on supporting a Microsoft-based alternative, but in the meantime if you're looking for other alternatives we also support Generic, Slack and Splunk Webhooks, and Syslog.
