Description: You have the ability to setup each flock to have different email and SMS notification groups.
Note: By default, all flocks are set to global notification channels, unless specified under the flock.
Follow the steps below to change a flocks email and SMS notification groups on your Console :
Step 1:
Log in to your Console.
Step 2:
Select the flock you want to change the email and/or SMS notification for.
Note: we are selecting the "Cape Town Office" flock.
Step 3:
Click Flock settings (the gear icon in the top right corner of the flock tab).
Step 4:
Select On for email and/or SMS notifications and add each email address and/or contact number. Once added, click Save.
Step 5:
This flock is now setup to only notify the email address and contact numbers that were added.
Note: global notification is turned off.
