Description: You have the ability to set a user to only have access to specific flocks on your Console.
Note: a watcher has read-only access on a flock and can not make changes to the Canaries or flock settings.
Follow the steps below to give a user watcher access to a flock:
1. User Management
Step 1:
Log in to your Console.
Step 2:
1 - Click on the Gear icon at the top right corner of your console.
2 - Click User Management.
Step 3:
1 - Select the user you want to change the access level for.
Note: we selected jim@inyoni-corp.com.
2 - Select the Regular user option.
3 - Under Select managed flocks, select the flocks from the list that the user should have access to.
Note: we selected the "Cape Town" flock.
Step 4:
The user will now have "watcher" access to the Cape Town Office flock.
Step 5:
The next time the "watcher" logs in, they will only have access to the flock you've given them access to.

2. A specific flock
Step 1:
Log in to your Console.
Step 2:
Select the flock you wanted to add a manager to.
Note: we selected the "Cape Town Office" flock.
Step 3:
Click on the gear Flock settings on the top right corner of the flock tab.
Step 4:
Click on the drop down box and select the email of the user you want to view this flock.
Note: we selected jim@inyoni-corp.com as the user.
Step 5:
The next time the "watcher" logs in, they will only have access to the flock you've given them access to.
