You can add additional users to your Console. We have role-based access control on your Console and Flocks, where a user can be:
- Global Admin — has access to everything on your Console.
- Manager — a manager has full access to make changes to the Flock they are assigned to.
- Watcher — a watcher has read-only access to a Flock and can not make changes.
Step 1: Sign in to the Console
You can log in to your Console.
Step 2: Open User Management
- Click on the Gear icon at the top right of your Console.
- Select User Management from the dropdown options.
Step 3: Select Add User
Click on the Add User icon on the right of the users tab.
Step 4: Enter User Details and Permissions
- Add the user's email address.
- Select Regular user if this user should NOT have admin access.
- Select Admin user if this user should have admin access.
- Add a note for this user account (optional).
- Click Create User.
Step 5: Assign Flock permissions for regular users
You can immediately assign Regular users to be Managers or Watchers of one or more Flocks. You can update these user assignments by navigating to a Flock's settings and managing its users.
Step 6: Confirm and Send Invitation
The new user will be added to the user list, and a password reset link will be sent to their email address.
