Administering your Canarytokens server

How to administer your Canarytokens server: enable the token service, configure a custom domain, and set a default landing page via your server's /settings page.

You can administer your server on your /settings page. This allows you to enable the Canarytoken service, set up a custom domain for your service, or set up a default landing page.

Follow the steps below to manage your Canarytokens server from your Console:

Step 1: Log in to your Console

Step 2: Open Global Settings

1. Click on the Gear Icon.
2. Click on Global Settings.

Step 3: check Canarytokens section

Click on the Canarytokens section to expand it.

Step 4: Editing Custom Canarytokens Settings

Here you will find 2 options that you can edit:

Custom Canarytokens Site

If someone finds one of your Canarytokens, and then surfs to its root, they will find a default landing page, you can edit this to add to your deception strategy, a guide to do this can be found here.
